Be a good neighbor.

1. Neighbors only. Accounts are for adults 18 and over who live in Suburbia Park. Kids use the app through a parent.
2. Keep it family friendly. No swearing, insults, politics fights or anything you wouldn't say at a block party.
3. Protect privacy. Don't post phone numbers, home addresses, license plates or photos of kids. Never share someone else's information.
4. No scams or spam. Selling your own things is fine. No business ads on the board.
5. Report, don't argue. If a post breaks the rules, tap Report. It's hidden until a moderator reviews it.
6. Emergencies go to 911. This app is not monitored around the clock.

Moderators can remove posts and suspend accounts that break these rules.
